Applied Research

What are the minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for individuals and organizations to effectively manage diversity and create a discrimination-free, highly productive collaboration capacity regardless of age, gender, ethnic and educational background and religious orientation?

“If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.”

Uncovering Insights: How We Conduct Research

Research is a critical tool for understanding human behavior and improving outcomes in various settings. We conduct both observational and experimental research to gain insights into people's behavior and make informed decisions to improve their lives. Observational research is like being a detective, carefully piecing together clues to understand behavior, while experimental research is like baking a cake, carefully changing variables to optimize outcomes.

Observational research involves observing people in their natural environment to gain insights into their behavior. Similar to watching a sports team practice, we pay close attention to the actions and interactions of individuals to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. By analyzing these clues, we can make informed decisions about how to improve performance in different settings, from workplaces to schools and beyond.

Experimental research, on the other hand, involves manipulating different variables to see how they affect behavior. It's like conducting a pilot project to test different ideas and strategies before implementing them on a larger scale. By measuring the results of these experiments, we can gain insights into what works best and make informed decisions to optimize outcomes.

At ACS-Research, we combine both approaches to conduct research that drives meaningful change. Whether we're working to improve workplace productivity, enhance educational outcomes, or address societal challenges, we leverage observational and experimental research to gain insights and make informed decisions. Through our research, we aim to help organizations make evidence-based decisions that improve the lives of the people they serve.
